Support Youth Through 4-H Event

Support Youth Through 4-H Event

By Scout Nelson

The 4-H Clover Dash 5K and 2-mile walk fundraiser is an exciting community event that supports youth programs and activities. It will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Central time at the Anoka County Extension, Bunker Hills Activities Center in Andover, Minnesota.

This event welcomes everyone, including runners, walkers, youth, and adults. Participants can choose to run or walk while supporting important programs such as healthy living activities, community service projects, and scholarships for young people. A virtual option is also available for those who prefer to participate from home or live outside the area.

In addition to the run and walk, a silent auction is one of the main highlights. It offers a wide variety of items, including collectibles, food and drinks, golf experiences, entertainment packages, home décor, and travel getaways. Participants can easily place bids using their phones, making it simple and convenient to join from anywhere.

The event also includes awards and door prizes, adding more excitement for participants and families. It creates a fun and welcoming environment where people can come together to support a good cause while enjoying outdoor activities.

Those who cannot attend the event in person can still support the fundraiser by taking part in the silent auction. This ensures that everyone has a chance to contribute and make a difference.

The program is organized to provide equal opportunities for all participants. Anyone who needs special accommodation is encouraged to contact the event organizers at least two weeks before the event. The event is conducted in English, and interpreter services may be available if requested in advance.

The 4H Clover Dash is a meaningful event that promotes community spirit, supports youth development, and encourages active living. It offers a great opportunity for families and individuals to participate in a fun and rewarding experience while helping young people succeed.
