Register today for the Weed Science Field Day, scheduled for Thursday, July 10, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event takes place at the Rosemount Research and Outreach Center in Rosemount, Minnesota.
This field day is open to crop consultants, growers, agronomists, and other agriculture professionals interested in the latest research and practices in weed science. Participants will have the opportunity to tour several research plots and explore current topics in weed management for corn and soybeans.
Key topics include:
- Herbicide-resistant weed management
- Introduction to new herbicides and technologies
- The role of cover crops in weed control
- Remote sensing tools for weed detection

The Rosemount Research and Outreach Center is located off 160th St. (CR 46), between MN-Highways 3 and 52. From MN Hwy 3, take 170th St. W eastbound. After 1.8 miles, turn left onto Arkansas Ave. and park near the equipment shed.
