The annual Ag for All conference returns to Minnesota, offering an inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ farmers, agriculturists, and allies to connect and learn. The event will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Central Time) at the Park Event Center, 500 Division Street, Waite Park, MN 56387.
The conference is organized by the University of Minnesota Extension, the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine, and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. This year’s theme, Pride in Every Field, highlights the growing presence and impact of LGBTQIA+ individuals in agriculture and food production. The event recognizes how diverse voices continue to shape the future of farming and strengthen agricultural communities across Minnesota and beyond.
Ag for All is known as one of the nation’s first LGBTQIA+ farming conferences. It provides a platform where participants can share experiences, build connections, and explore new ideas across many agricultural and specialty food sectors. While the conference welcomes everyone, regardless of background or identity, it focuses on the experiences of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, and other gender-diverse individuals connected to agriculture.
Attendees can expect educational sessions, networking opportunities, and discussions designed to encourage collaboration and support. The conference aims to create a safe and respectful environment where learning and community building remain central goals.
