This January, the MN Ag Expo invites agriculture enthusiasts to a unique event that blends gaming with agricultural education. Scheduled for January 22-23 at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center, this prominent winter gathering is hosted by the Minnesota Soybean Growers Association (MSGA) and Minnesota Corn Growers Association (MCGA).
The expo is set to captivate attendees with its arcade-themed booth (#28-31), where Minnesota Soybean will demonstrate how checkoff investments are used to tackle non-tariff trade barriers impacting farmer profitability.
The interactive display allows participants to engage in a virtual environment where they navigate through agricultural challenges, enhancing their understanding of the industry's complexities.
The event will feature nearly 100 exhibitors on its trade show floor, each offering a glimpse into the latest agricultural technologies and services. Attendees can also look forward to a series of educational sessions aimed at expanding agricultural knowledge and networking opportunities.
Highlighting the expo's commitment to innovation and learning, MSGA will host a raffle for two arcade machines: a wide-body retro replay arcade and a modern retro replay arcade, with proceeds supporting MSGA’s advocacy work. The draw will take place at the expo, emphasizing the fun and engaging nature of the event.
In addition to the interactive experiences, the expo will feature keynote speakers Greg Peterson and Rob Sharkey. Known for their influential roles in agricultural media, they will share insights on machinery investment and the realities of modern farming.
With its unique blend of education, advocacy, and entertainment, the MN Ag Expo provides a comprehensive platform for attendees to learn, network, and enjoy. It underscores the dynamic nature of agriculture today and offers practical solutions and strategies for thriving in this ever-evolving industry.
