AGCO Corporation, a global leader in agricultural machinery and precision ag technology, has announced its plans to transform its customer facility in Jackson, Minnesota into the North American hub for its Fendt brand.
Scheduled to open in early 2024, the Fendt Lodge will serve as a customer experience center, facilitating various activities such as customer visits, launch events, dealer meetings, factory tours, and corporate gatherings. The Jackson facility currently manufactures Fendt's Rogator applicator and track tractors, along with other AGCO machinery.
Joe DiPietro, VP of Fendt NA, emphasized Fendt's commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience through the Fendt Lodge. The facility aims to bring together customers, dealers, and team members, fostering learning opportunities and ensuring that Fendt's solutions surpass customer needs. This investment underscores Fendt's dedication to North American farmers and the local Jackson community, where Fendt machines are produced daily.
Although plans for the Fendt Lodge are still being finalized, the expansive center is expected to occupy approximately 16,000 square feet. It will be designed to offer a welcoming environment for North American farmers, reflecting the innovative and cutting-edge nature of the Fendt brand. The facility will feature a hands-on history center, modern meeting rooms, panoramic views of the assembly line, and amenities such as a coffee bar and gift shop. While primarily serving as a venue for customer-related events, the lodge will also open its doors to the public for visitor tours.
Fendt has experienced rapid growth in North America, with dealership locations opening throughout the United States and Canada. The brand has gained popularity among farmers of various sizes and operations, supported by a comprehensive lineup of farming solutions including tractors, planters, combines, and applicators.
