A highlight of the convention is the "Best of Beef Banquet" on Friday evening, featuring comedian C. Willi Myles and a live auction. The banquet serves as a platform to celebrate achievements and foster camaraderie among members.
Keynote addresses by NCBA President Todd Wilkinson and John J. Hinners Jr. from the U.S. Meat Export Federation will provide valuable insights during the Friday lunch session.
Saturday's agenda includes a presentation by Colin Geppert on "Creating a Successful Grazing Cover Crop System," followed by a breakfast panel discussing strategies for economically managing herds and feed.
