The dairy farming community is gearing up for an insightful workshop aimed at shaping the future of their farms. Titled "Planning Your Dairy Farm's Future," this series is tailored for dairy producers looking to evolve their businesses in the coming 5-10 years. Set to take place in Browerville.
This series focuses on leadership, communication, goal setting, and strategic business planning for dairy farms. Participants will gain valuable tools and resources, enhancing their ability to steer their farms towards a prosperous future through interactive sessions, short lectures, hands-on activities, and group discussions.
A special segment titled "Who is the Boss?" will delve into understanding farm family dynamics, focusing on personality types and communication styles. This part of the workshop aims to help participants realize how these factors significantly influence their farm's performance.
The workshop is free of charge, with lunch provided, ensuring a comfortable and conducive learning environment. Dairy producers interested in participating are encouraged to register by contacting Leah at 320-429-0611 or Kristen at 651-278-1374.
The event is set to take place at the Browerville Municipal Liquor Store, located at 530 N Main St, Browerville, MN 56438.
