Mark Your Calendars for the Minnesota Youth Livestock Expo

The Minnesota Youth Livestock Expo (MYLE) is set to take place in Fairmont and Jackson, Minnesota, showcasing the talents of young livestock exhibitors. From June 29 to July 2, the Martin County Fairgrounds in Fairmont will host the MYLE beef, sheep, goat, and rabbit shows, while the Swine Show will be held from July 7-9 at the Jackson County Fairgrounds.

Open to Minnesota youth aged 6-21, including 4-H and FFA members, the MYLE Show attracts over 500 exhibitors and boasts a remarkable 1,200 entries. With a diverse range of competitions scheduled, participants will showcase their skills in showmanship, breeding, and market categories across various livestock categories.

The MYLE Show website,https://www.mnyouthlivestockexpo.com/, provides a comprehensive schedule and further details for attendees and participants. The MYLE Show serves as a platform for young individuals to demonstrate their passion for agriculture and livestock, offering a valuable learning experience and fostering camaraderie among participants.

To ensure the success of the MYLE Show and provide meaningful awards and prizes, organizers rely on donations and sponsorships from businesses and individuals. While generous contributions have already been received, additional support is crucial. Details on sponsorships and donations can be found on the MYLE website.

Approximately 100 individuals will lend their assistance to the 2023 MYLE shows. These committed volunteers are instrumental in the smooth operation of the event, which remains a cherished highlight for Minnesota's youth in the agriculture community.

As the MYLE Show brings together aspiring young livestock enthusiasts, it not only celebrates their achievements but also nurtures their passion, shaping the future of agriculture in Minnesota.
