The Minnesota Farmers Union (MFU) will host its 84th annual state convention from November 21 to 23, 2025. The gathering will take place at the Delta Hotel Minneapolis Northeast, with registration opening at 3 p.m. on Friday.
The yearly convention remains one of MFU’s most important events, offering members an opportunity to learn, participate in policy development, and strengthen their connection to the agricultural community.
The convention brings together members from across Minnesota to discuss challenges, opportunities, and future directions in agriculture. Over the three-day event, attendees can expect a variety of activities, including educational workshops, keynote presentations, committee meetings, and policy sessions. These sessions help members share ideas, propose resolutions, and contribute to the organizational priorities for the coming year.
The event is also a time for networking and community building. Participants have the chance to meet others who share a dedication to strengthening rural communities and advancing agricultural progress. Through discussions and collaboration, members can deepen their understanding of statewide issues that impact farms, rural economies, and food systems.
The host venue, the Delta Hotel Minneapolis Northeast, is located at 1330 Industrial Blvd NE in Minneapolis. The hotel offers ample space for meetings and sessions, ensuring a supportive environment for attendees throughout the weekend. More details about the schedule, registration, and event updates can be found at mfu.org/state-convention/.
This convention continues with MFU’s long tradition of bringing people together to focus on education, leadership, and collective progress. By participating in the event, members help shape policies and priorities that can positively influence Minnesota agriculture in the years ahead.
With a full weekend of learning and meaningful conversations, the MFU State Convention remains an important gathering for anyone committed to supporting agriculture and rural communities within the state.
