Non-irrigated cropland cash rent averaged $163.00 per acre in Minnesota during 2019, down $3.00 from 2017 according to the USDA, National Agricultural Statistics Service. Pasture rented for cash averaged $28.00 per acre, down $2.00 from 2017.
Le Sueur County had the highest published cash rent for non-irrigated cropland, at $226.00 per acre. Goodhue and Rice followed with $224.00 per acre.
Pipestone County reported the highest published pasture cash rent, at $63.00 per acre. Le Sueur followed at $62.50 per acre with Blue Earth and Kandiyohi both at $60.00 per acre.
