The Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation (MFBF) will host its 2025 Annual Meeting from November 20–22 at the Minneapolis Marriott Southwest in Minnetonka. The event will gather members from across the state to discuss major issues in agriculture, participate in educational programs, and celebrate leadership within the industry.

MFBF leadership—including President Dan Glessing, Vice President Carolyn Olson, and Executive Director Karin Schaefer—will be available throughout the three-day event for interviews.
The annual meeting will begin Friday at 9 a.m. with the voting delegate session, where Farm Bureau members will discuss and vote on policy items that may be added to the organization’s grassroots policy book. A social hour with elected officials will start at 4:30 p.m., followed by the annual awards banquet at 6 p.m. Awards will include Distinguished Service to Ag, Honorary Life, FFA Advisor of the Year, Post-Secondary Educator of the Year, Extension Educator of the Year, and Ag Communicator of the Year.
Saturday’s general session will feature several speakers, including keynote presenter Jerrid Sebesta, along with economic and policy outlook panelists Joe Mahon from the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and Ryan Yates of the American Farm Bureau Federation. AFBF President Zippy Duvall will also address attendees.
After the event, registered media will receive access to a toolkit containing press releases, award photos, and other event materials. MFBF will announce its 2025 policy priorities on Sunday, November 23, with leadership available for interviews from November 24–26.
