The 2025 season of Strategic Farming: Field Notes kicks off on Wednesday, May 7. This live, interactive webinar series is designed for crop producers and ag professionals to stay informed on current field conditions and timely agronomic topics.

The launch session features Dr. Jeff Coulter, Extension corn agronomist, and Matt Pfarr, Extension educator-crops. They will share expert planter tips to promote even crop establishment and answer live questions from attendees.

Webinars are scheduled every Wednesday from 8 to 8:30 a.m. throughout the growing season. Each session highlights in-season challenges and offers advice on a wide range of agricultural topics. These include weather impacts, insect and disease updates, soil fertility, agronomic practices, and other crop management concerns that emerge during the season.
