Family Farm Breakfast at Capitol Feb. 26
Minnesota Ag Connection - 02/07/2019
The 14th annual Land Stewardship Program Family Farm Breakfast and Day at the Capitol will be Feb. 26 at Christ Lutheran Church on Capitol Hill in Saint Paul. There will be a breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m., with lobby training afterwards. LSP
members and friends will then have an opportunity to walk over to the Capitol to meet with lawmakers.
The cost of the breakfast is $10, which is payable at the door. As in the past, "The Best Breakfast in Town" will feature food grown on the farms of LSP members. It will be prepared by Marshall Paulsen, the executive chef at Birchwood Cafe in
Minneapolis. For details and to register, go to landstewardshipproject.org/forms/ffb2019.
If you would like to buy an advertisement for the official breakfast program, e-mail LSP's Laura Schreiber or call her at 612-722-6377.
The 2019 session of the Minnesota state Legislative session started Jan. 8, and LSP members have been busy testifying at key hearings on critical issues. For a summary of the priorities developed by our State Policy Steering Committee, check out
